My classes of kitchen are totally practical and dynamic, a pleasant way to spend the morning being learned different prescriptions and a new approach over the feeding.

In this class of Vegana Kitchen of India you will discover the magic of spices preparing a complete menu based on the principles of the Ayurveda: we will cook pakoras crisp with 2 sauces or chatnis, will make a curry of vegetable of season, a dal/vegetal protein, a festive rice basmati and perhaps some small thing more.

40€/person includes factory, tips for a healthful life, recipe book and complete food.
