You will know that you have an excess of Kapha dosha when you feel emotional and physical stagnation, you have slow digestions, excess of snot and a general congestion in body and mind.

6 water cups
2 branches of cinnamon
2 nosey spoonfuls of shredded fresh ginger
2 nosey spoonfuls of fresh turmeric shredded or 1/2 teaspoon of dry turmeric
10 cases of cardamom
1 teaspoon of scent nail
5 grains of black pepper
4 cases of starred anise
½ teaspoon of charity fair pepper (pepper dioica)
Optional:: ¼ of cup of dry leaves of Tulasi (ocimum tenuiflorum)
They leave 2 cups chai concentrate
It boils the water in a dipper and adds all the spices except Tulasi (if you are going it to use).
Low the fire and lets boil to untimed fire between 20 and 25 minutes.
It adds Tulasi and it lets infusionar between 3 and 5 minutes.
It extinguishes the fire and it strains this chai concentrate in another container.
In order to serve, it throws between ½ and ¾ as cup of chai and completes the cup with your favorite vegetal milk.
Sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey, panela, stevia… what you prefer.
