The Ayurveda, that can be translated of life as science, studies our health in relation to the elements and the cyclical rates of the Earth (the stations, the lunar cycles…) According to the Ayurveda everything, including we ourself, can be classified according to three primary energies called doshas that, as well, are made up of the five elements of the nature. Kapha dosha, composed by the elements earth and water, predominates at the end of the winter and in spring, one of its functions is to regulate the water in our weaves and the lymphatic system. You will know that you have an excess of Kapha dosha when you feel emotional and physical stagnation, you have slow digestions, excess of snot and a general congestion in body and mind.
Balancing our diet between hot comiditas and green small leaves as rúcula, the spinach or the beets, on the one hand, and the warm spice use as ginger, the nail, the black pepper, the cinnamon and the cardamom, on the other, it will help us to balance the presence of the slow and heavy Kapha in our bodies.

This chai celestial is filled with warm spices anti Kapha and protagonist turmeric in addition will help to purify to us, if you do not find it fresh, uses 1/2 teaspoon of dry turmeric. Ingredients
6 water cups
2 branches of cinnamon
2 nosey spoonfuls of shredded fresh ginger
2 nosey spoonfuls of fresh turmeric shredded or 1/2 teaspoon of dry turmeric
10 cases of cardamom
1 teaspoon of scent nail
5 grains of black pepper
4 cases of starred anise
½ teaspoon of charity fair pepper (pepper dioica)
Optional:: ¼ of cup of dry leaves of Tulasi (ocimum tenuiflorum)

They leave 2 cups chai concentrate

Elaboration:
It boils the water in a dipper and adds all the spices except Tulasi (if you are going it to use).
Low the fire and lets boil to untimed fire between 20 and 25 minutes.
It adds Tulasi and it lets infusionar between 3 and 5 minutes.
It extinguishes the fire and it strains this chai concentrate in another container.
In order to serve, it throws between ½ and ¾ as cup of chai and completes the cup with your favorite vegetal milk.
Sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey, panela, stevia… what you prefer.
