2 water cups
1 teaspoon of shredded fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of fresh turmeric shredded or dust turmeric
1 teaspoon of the natural sweetener that you like more (honey, sirope of agave, estevia, although is optional)
2 lemon juice teaspoons (optional)
1/8 of teaspoon of black dust pepper (optional)
It throws ginger and turmeric to a dipper with the water to high fire until it boils.
Under fire and leaves boiling it to fire under about 15 minutes until the liquid is reduced to half.
Once in the cup it adds sweetener, the pepper and the lemon juice if you like more thus… and already is!
